After Lady Danger, I got myself another 2 new MAC lippies yesterday, Ruby Woo and Relentlessly Red. I'm terrible, I know. Lipsticks and mascaras are my weakness, an addiction so bad that hubby dearest would ship me off to a lipstick mascara rehab if ever such place exist.
I thought I know what a pigmented lipstick is, I mean Maybelline Coloursensational range is absolutely fabulous but these babies are definitely on another level. I do plan to purchase a few more MAC lippies and I have Candy Yum-Yum and Morange on my radar but I need some suggestions on what other MAC lippies that I should check out? The ones I have and will purchase are classic, iconic MAC lippies but what about the unsung heros?
Definitely appreciate any suggestions!
A weakness [or passion] for lipstick is less expensive than a weakness for shoes. No need for rehab just yet.
ReplyDeleteOf the three lipsticks pictured, I prefer Lady Danger. Having said that, I've seen ladies in their 60's and 70's wearing lipstick that colour, and it looks horrible on them. I think the best colour of lipstick for a lady to wear varies according to her age, complexion, facial structure etc.
Hows that for a blog idea...?
Very impressive, Ray! And Lady Danger is certainly my favourite. I am all about being confident in yourself regardless your look or age but I think there are certain things that we should really try to avoid. My mum is in her 50s and I couldn't (and don't want to) imagine Lady Danger on her! LOL!
