Let me start by saying, little tyke was waking up nearly every couple of hours last night so I didn't have the best sleep. And while I was getting ready to leave, I discovered I have a diaper (unused!) in my handbag...don't ask why it's not in the diaper bag because I have no idea how it get into my bag in the first place. Few hiccups in the morning and I was running late. I finally arrived at Sephora at 9.35am and I saw....
Let me tell ya, gurrrllll...these women ain't messing around when it comes to getting freebies! One even took off her shoes so she can run like the wind. I was feeling a little disheartened and I told Kevin that I wasn't sure if I should be bothered with waiting, maybe I should come another day. Kevin told me to stay just to watch the mayhem that was coming and boy, was I glad that I stayed.
As soon as the door started rolling up, these sistas broke out some moves ala Tough Mudder! And damn, they can run! Then the shoving and pushing started at the cashier...while I silently stood in a corner taking a video. I must admit that the whole situation was amusing to me and I had a good chuckle out of it.
I got myself They're Real Push-up Liner and ever famous Tarte Lights, Camera Lashes mascara! I have been wanting to try this mascara since last year but I didn't want to spend so much money only to be severely disappointed again (I'm looking at you Benefit They're Real mascara!) so when I saw it was available in travel size, I just had to get it!
Gentlemen Only by Givenchy is my Father's Day gift to Kevin. He has been looking for a new cologne and this one smells brilliant! It is light, crisp and refreshing with enough muskiness to it. Not overpowering and just perfect.
And these are the free gifts that I received from buying Benefit Push-up liner! It ain't an eye hamper worth MYR900.00 but hey, I am pleased with it. I am always out hunting for a great deal and this, is a great deal to me!
Maybe I should change my blog name to "The Beauty Bargain Huntress"? Hmm....
